Matt is a globally proven leader who has created value in a variety of markets and a full range of organizations. As Cloudvisor’s CEO, Matt sets the vision and corporate development strategy focused on ensuring we have the resources we need to rapidly grow the company.
Prior to joining Cloudvisor, Matt was a member of the Global Executive Committee at S&P Global Ratings with responsibilities for the businesses across the Growth Markets and had global responsibility for Marketing, Product Development, Innovation and the firms’ relationships with asset owners. Matt also held several senior positions at HSBC over his 19-year tenure including Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer, Canada and CEO Greece. In addition, he held senior leadership roles for HSBC in the US, Asia, Europe and Africa.
Matt has worked with private equity as an operating partner targeting acquisition of several businesses with a range of value from $500 million to $5 billion in the consumer finance, data and capital markets sectors. He has advised and led earlier stage companies in the e-commerce, social media and financial technology space helping them to identify and execute growth strategies, including raising institutional capital.
Matt has a BA from Boston College, an MBA from Duke University, and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from MIT.
As Cloudvisor’s CCO, Ismail is focused on accelerating our growth trajectory through sales, business development, leverage partnerships, geographic expansion, and customer success. A fintech industry veteran with deep multi-functional leadership experience, Ismail leverages his vast technology and operations experience across banking, wealth management, customer experience, and trading in support of establishing Cloudvisor as a leading B2B provider for digital wealth management solutions.
Prior to co-founding Cloudvisor, Ismail was the Senior Vice-President, Sales, Global Financial Institutions at FIS, the number 1 Fintech company in the world. He also served as Worldwide General Manager, Financial Markets at Hewlett-Packard, and Vice President, Financial Services at TELUS.
Ismail holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an Industrial Engineering degree from the Technical University of Nova Scotia. Ismail has spoken frequently at financial services industry conferences and association gatherings.
As CPO, Homie was responsible for envisioning and architecting Cloudvisor’s digital wealth management platform from the ground up. This platform has allowed Homie and his team to continue development of an industry leading, enterprise, open solution and services platform enabling our clients to leapfrog current solutions in the market.
As a veteran in the industry, with a reputation for being ahead of the pack and delivering game changing solutions, Homie has held numerous technology executive positions in the global financial services industry including with CIBC, RBC, and North America Life. He has founded and overseen the growth of start-ups to considerable size before exiting them.
Homie holds an MS in project management from Shiraz University and has been one of the early members of the Project Management institute and American Association of Cost Engineers.
As the CMO, Alan is responsible for positioning Cloudvisor as the leading choice for digital wealth management solutions in the financial services industry. Alan is focused on establishing the company’s overall positioning, developing communications to broaden its market presence, and supporting Cloudvisor’s clients in leveraging the power of its digital platform.
Prior to Cloudvisor, Alan had a successful 10-year career at AT&T and Allstream, and has held numerous consulting engagements that included market strategy development roles at TELUS and FIS. As an Olympic athlete and coach, Alan also brings with him a deep range of consulting expertise in developing high performance team cultures.
Alan holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School, and an MSc from the University of Reading’s Henley Business School in England. He currently is completing his doctorate in business with a focus on operational excellence.
